The Core Team is the team that supports the youth group in a personal way. When we break down into smaller groups the Core Team helps to facilitate fruitful discussions and drawing them towards life-impacting resolution. They are expected to lead first through the example of their christian testimony and faith and then through the direction of youth group in activities logistics.
